Offpublic scans data broker and people-search sites for records matching the identity details you provide, and for paying members, files removal requests and monitors for re-listings. By using the service you authorize us and our removal-processing partner to act as your agent for those requests.
Provide accurate information about yourself, and only about yourself or people who have authorized you (for example, family members on a family plan). Scanning someone without their permission is not allowed.
We file, track, and chase every removal, and most listings come down within weeks. We cannot guarantee a specific broker will comply on a specific date. Brokers also re-list people, which is why membership includes continuous monitoring.
Memberships are billed either monthly or annually, whichever you chose at checkout, and renew automatically at the same price and on the same cycle until you cancel. The exact amount and the renewal date are shown before you pay and again on your receipt. The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
Offpublic is a service of Getrost Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. Offpublic is the trading name; Getrost Ventures LLC is the legal entity you contract with, and the entity named as your authorised agent on the deletion demands we file on your behalf.
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, receipts and sales tax, and may appear on your card statement alongside our name.
